The danish chef and writer Sune Rasborg with his friend Kennie Ørsted, the leading authority in the world of food photography.
In this book, they tried to describe some of the experience they had in Greenland over the years. They are not arranged chronologically, so you can read the book in any order you like. Because Greenland offers the finest ingredients, and food means so much for Sune & Kennie, many of the stories revolve around food in one way or another. They created some recipes as they suggestions for how to use Greenlandic ingredients.
